Returns Policy
Whilst we endeavour to deliver the correct product to you in full working order, there are occasions when you may not be entirely happy with the quality of goods received. Therefore, the following information has been provided for your guidance.
Clothing Returns
Sizing - All customers should ensure they have correctly selected the garment and size they require by cross-referencing with the size measurement chart accessible via the link within each product.
Whilst every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of measurement, a 5%± tolerance must be allowed on all clothing measurements.
Please note: Chest to fit (sizes) are your actual chest size and are not the width of the shirt. E.g. if you are a 44"/112cm chest and require a men's shirt, the corresponding size is XL.
Should you need to return/exchange your garment due to an incorrect size being ordered, you must contact LSi Ltd immediately on 01274 854998. You are responsible for the safe return of the garment to us via special delivery or a recorded signature service. Upon receipt of the garment and providing the garment has not been washed or worn we will replace your garment at a cost of £5 administration/handling charge plus a return carriage cost back to yourself. These costs will be confirmed to you by your sales advisors and a return despatched upon receipt of your purchase order or credit card to over these costs.
Incorrect Product Received
If you receive an incorrect product in your order or you believe there are discrepancies, please notify LSi within 48 hours of receiving your goods by e-mail or phone to our sales hotline (details can be found on the contact section of our website).
Please, where possible, include photographic evidence along with your order number/acknowledgement number and details of your order. This will help us to rectify any problem you have quickly and efficiently.
If the incorrect product received can be attributed to an LSi despatch problem, we will collect or replace the incorrect garment at no extra charge to yourself, providing the garments have not been washed or worn.
Poor Workmanship
We have chosen a quality clothing range from some of the best suppliers in the UK marketplace. Should any aspect of your clothing not to be your satisfaction, then please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. LSi will replace FOC all garment which we feel are substandard or not fit for purpose.
Notice of poor workmanship must be received within 5 working days of your order being received, along with photographic evidence and details of the problem in writing via e-mail. LSi cannot be held responsible for poor workmanship on garments that have been washed or worn.
Silicone Badges
This is a new heat applied process to all Cummins stock clothing items and featured a large Cummins 'C' logo made from recycled silicone and applied to a microfibre backing. A heat glue is applied to the reverse if the microfibre which melts when heated. When applied to the garment, it forms a permanent bond with the garment, making the 'C' logo environmentally friendly, hardwearing and consistent across all garments.
